François-Xavier Clerc, CEO of AEROAFFAIRES, since 1991, is driven by the desire to satisfy his clients 100%.
A warm and dynamic man, this entrepreneur at heart, passionate about aeronautics, ventured into entrepreneurship in 1991, the year his fourth daughter was born.
Before diving into this entrepreneurial adventure, it was in his youth that the founder of AEROAFFAIRES cultivated his interest in aviation. As he turned the pages of the comic strips of Tanguy and Laverdure and Buck Danny, dreams and ambitions were born. He was determined; he would fly too.
Thus, François Xavier Clerc became one of the youngest private pilots in France. His instructor, Joseph Delélée, quickly recognized real skills, a genuine passion, and a keen sense of responsibility in François-Xavier, who was then 15 years old. A man of experience and the first test pilot of Henry FARMAN aircraft, he decided, after only 5 hours of supervised flight instruction, to trust this teenager by letting him fly solo.
After completing his studies at a business school, he went to work in Florida, as part of the opening of the France Pavilion at Epcot Center in Disneyworld in 1983. It was there that this entrepreneur discovered the school of excellence and the importance of hospitality and the quality of service provided to clients.
He returned to France, determined to bring everything he discovered in the United States to Dassault Falcon Service for 5 years, then at Air Entreprise Int’l for 2 years: Creativity, innovation, service sense, and customer satisfaction.
“Dream come true” said Walt Disney, and this businessman constantly follows this adage. At the helm of AEROAFFAIRES since 1991, François-Xavier Clerc has managed to combine his many years of passion for aeronautics, his culture of customer satisfaction, with his vision of the business aviation market.
Ensuring an airplane or helicopter flight departure in less than two hours, under optimal conditions, remains the daily challenge that François-Xavier Clerc and his team, trained in the school of demand, set for themselves.
