AEROAFFAIRES announces its partnership with the Chaire Pégase. The 1st Chair in France dedicated to the management and economics of air transport and aerospace. It is important for our company to support organisations studying aviation and the air transport sector, however vast it may be. The Pegasus Chair and AEROAFFAIRES will be working together to bring this partnership to life.

Presentation of the Pegasus Chair

The Pegasus Chair was created by Professor Paul Chiambaretto in 2019. Its main idea is to link the academic sphere with the air and space sector. The director of the Chaire Pégase is driven by a desire to study this world and to communicate the results of numerous studies to the general public. The company is attached to the Montpellier Business School. It also works with scientists at the University of Montpellier.

The activities of this Chair are diverse. It studies and conducts scientific research into the air transport sector. It regularly publishes studies and makes them available to the general public. One of the most recent is a report on Generation Z and air transport. Generally speaking, these studies cover not only consumer behaviour, but also international aviation issues, innovations in the sector and more. The Chaire Pégase also works with organisations and companies to publicise their studies and provide information on the aviation market.

The AEROAFFAIRES and Chaire Pégase partnership

AEROAFFAIRES supports the French Chair and contributes to the support of research and transmission on the themes of the economy and management of air mobility.

This partnership is based on a genuine match between the values of our two institutions, since AEROAFFAIRES was one of the first players in business aviation to offset the carbon emissions of its flights and to work on the issue of the sustainability of business aviation.

says Paul Chiambaretto, Director of the Pegasus Chair.

To bring this partnership to life, the Chaire Pégase will enable AEROAFFAIRES to work with Montpellier Business School students. As part of their training, students will be able to learn about the tailor-made and luxury aviation sectors, as well as all the unsuspected missions of business aviation. AEROAFFAIRES will enable students to be informed and alert to the current and future challenges of on-demand aviation.

It’s important for us to stay in touch with the students who will be both our employees and our customers of tomorrow. It’s particularly rewarding to understand their expectations and have them point out the specifics of our work.

explains Isabelle Clerc, CEO of AEROAFFAIRES.
