Since 1991, our priority has remained the same: to make the seemingly complicated possible, to guarantee reliability in the unexpected, and to offer our customers uncompromising quality of service. We support executives, medical teams, families and governments. Sometimes in highly sensitive contexts, where we have to act quickly and well.

What we do is not spectacular. It’s a business of precision, vigilance and discretion. It’s a business built on solid values: because without them, there can be no continuity in service quality. We didn’t choose these values just to fill a page. They structure the way we act. They help us make decisions. And they link us, year after year, to those who place their trust in us.

Humility

In business aviation, it’s all about mastery. Not ego.
We know that every detail counts. An authorization not obtained in time, bad weather, an unloaded baggage item..
Anything can become a breaking point if vigilance fails.
That’s why we work methodically. Each mission is approached as a unique situation, to be dealt with seriously and calmly.

Late calls, night flights, last-minute transfers, coordination with local or military authorities… We don’t count the hours.
Every AEROAFFAIRES consultant follows his missions from start to finish.
They know their customers. They know what they expect. They also know how to deal with the unexpected, how to reformulate a flight plan, suggest an alternative helicopter, reschedule a medical flight with the right doctor on board.
