Location & access
Mauritius International Airport also known as Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (previously known as SSR Airport) is the only international airport in Mauritius.
The airport is located in Plaine Magnien, in the south-east of Mauritius. The distance from the capital, Port Louis, is about 49 km, and it takes about 40 minutes to transfer by car with a private driver.
