Here’s an overview of the stops we recommend for a complete immersion in the exceptional terroirs of northern and central Italy. This itinerary can, of course, be adapted to suit your desires, your timing or your favorite wineries. Each stage is carefully orchestrated by our teams, from take-off to the cellar.

Stage 1 – Franciacorta (09:45 – 12:00)

  • Landing at the Ca’ del Bosco estate, a benchmark in the appellation.

Stage 2 – Valpolicella (12:30 pm – 3:30 pm)

  • Landing at Tenuta Santa Maria Valverde, a family-run hilltop estate

  • Gourmet lunch with food and wine pairings (Amarone, Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso)

  • Meeting with the winemaker, tour of the ageing cellars

  • Departure for Tuscany at 3:30 pm
