Description of Saab 2000
The Saab 2000 is a twin-engine high-speed turboprop aircraft that was produced in Sweden between 1989 and 1999. It was designed to meet a need for a high-speed turboprop that could seat up to 50 passengers and had a top climb performance.
The Saab 2000 has a more expansive wingspan than its predecessor, the Saab 340, and is nearly 8 metres longer. This makes it possible for the cabin to be equipped with bigger seats, for added comfort. The additional space means it is possible for a flight attendant to be on-board during the flight.
Overall, this jet is very in demand among business clients attending conferences as well as for transporting teams. Consequently, it is advisable to reserve this type of jet well in advance.
