The 1800-metre long asphalt runway at Samedan can accommodate many types of aircrafts such as turboprops, light private jets or regional planes. It is also accessible to long-haul, fully loaded jets, such as the Gulfstream G550, Bombardier Global 6000 or Dassault Falcon 7X. If parking spaces are available, some large business jets such as the Airbus ACJ, Boeing BBJ or Embraer Lineage may also land there.

A little history
Built in 1936, Samedan Airport’s traffic increases every year. Since 2013, the airport has been certified by the International Civil Aviation Organization. It can now be used for flights to or from North America, Africa, the Middle East or Asia.
