The Fokker 100 or F100 is a short-haul jet that can accommodate up to 109 passengers. Typically, the cabin is set out with 2 seats on the left and 3 on the right. One of the main selling points of the Fokker 100 is that it is very cost-effective in terms of maintenance costs; these can often increase the cost of these jets in this category. This jet was extremely popular at the end of the 1990s due to its attractive price point and passenger capacity but with the advent of Boeing and Airbus, it has been slightly overlooked.

The Fokker 100 has a maximum weight at take-off of 43090 kg and measures 35.53 m in length, giving the jet a maximum range of 2700 km. It can reach a cruising speed of 850 km/h.

Commercial features of Fokker 100

Two toilets are located at the rear of the aircraft and there are also two service areas for preparing hot and cold refreshments. The pilot is able to make use of a glass cockpit.
