Powered by Honeywell, the Learjet 45 XR is a midsize business jet produced by Bombardier. The aircraft flies at 840 km/h and allows 6-8 passengers to travel at a competitive rate in a 6.80-metre long cabin, with a height and width of 1.5 metres. The Model 45 was built in the 1990s to lead the “super-light” business jet category, becoming a major competitor for its rival, the popular Cessna Citation Excel / XLS.
This model was built with improvements to aerodynamics, particularly by adding winglets and “delta-fins” to the aircraft wings.
